DRiFT hopes to create a space that gives access to a movement practice, whether it is strength training or yoga-focused classes. DRiFT offers a suggested $15/class drop-in; but no one will turned away for lack of funds!

You won’t find us chasing PRs just to prove something or sweating it out to hit a number on the scale. We skip the diet culture and gossip, too! What you will find are working parents who wants to keep up with their kiddos; a college student carving out a moment of breath between classes. a retiree focused on balance, mobility, and longevity… A human being—just like you—rediscovering the joy of moving their body without the added societal pressures.
At DRiFT, we’re not here for aesthetics, medals, or molds. We’re here for community. For connection. For movement that feels good and does good.
