Check out an entire week at the Driftless Yoga Center for just $25 for local and new-to-DYC friends. Single classes are a suggested $12/visit, but as a part of our commitment to equity, no one will be turned away for lack of funds!
Class Descriptions at a quick glance:
Dynamic Vinyasa: a flow-inspired yoga class that incorporates elements of pranayama, moderate intensity through dynamic yoga postures.
Express Power Vinyasa: a strength-focused flow class that incorporates elements of Dynamic Vinyasa in a condensed, challenging 45-minute class.
Mindful Vinyasa: A thoughtfully-paced and breath-centered practice that prioritizes ease and restoration. This class bridges together the flow-aspects of vinyasa in a gentle manner and ends with a restorative practice.
Sculpt Flow 45 | 60: Strength and cardio focused class, built into a vinyasa-style flow. You can expect a fast-paced, upbeat class that incorporates body weight and weight strengthening movements. File this under the fitness category of movement!
Sculpt CircHIIT: This class takes Sculpt to the next level. A class that prioritizes strength & cardio conditioning through HIIT (high intensity interval training). A condensed, but intentional warm-up & cool-down will round out this 45-minute class. No experience needed, but please note this class is intense with the option for exercises can be modified or advanced.
Yin Yoga: a 45-minute quiet contemplative practice that targets inner tissue to be the yang to practices that target muscles (such as vinyasa) with Lea Lovelace (she/her). To register for classes with Lea, email decorahyinyoga@gmail.com.
